Ground beef from Costco recalled over E. coli concerns
Costco customers in B.C. should check their purchased beef after the Canadian Food Inspection Agency issued a warning Friday that Kirkland Signature Organic Lean Ground Beef could be contaminated with E. coli.

Costco customers in B.C. should check their purchased beef after the Canadian Food Inspection Agency issued a warning Friday that Kirkland Signature Organic Lean Ground Beef could be contaminated with E. coli.
Costco voluntarily recalled the product, which was sold in its warehouses in B.C., Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
The recall is limited to 1.8 kg three-packs of beef with UPC number 4 00000 91873 0 and a best before date of Oct. 15.
No illnesses associated with the product have been reported.
